How a make-up and beauty blog changed my life?
Wow I can't believe that my make-up blog is turning 2 years in 2 months. This was just my personal blog back then. I checked out my first post and it's not even about make-up - it's about the audition of HedgeZero, my husband's rock band, in a bar at Eastwood City. Haha. But make-up is really my interest. I love writing, researching and sharing my views about it.
As my knowledge and passion grew, I decided to take it to the next level. I enrolled in a make-up school. Read about my Basement Academy experience here. Like I said, it was one of the best decisions I've made for myself. Not only did I finally did something to fulfill my dreams but I've made some friends whom I share the same interest with. Calling Nikki, Shen, Stef and Jeave! :)
With the support that was given to me by my loved ones, friends and people I met in the industry, I was already brave and confident enough to offer my make-up services after a few months of practice. Some of my clients found me through this blog that's why I really love you The Beauty Addict!
Now that I'm already a mom, my priorities changed dramatically. I had difficulty including this blog and my make-up gigs in my schedule which made me really really really sad. So just early this month, I decided to resign from my fulltime job to become a fulltime mom, freelance make-up artist and a blogger.
This blog lead me to the path I really wanted. I know it won't be easy but I'm happy!
