Homemade Fish Cake Ingredients:

1/4 cup chopped carrots

1 kg white fish (I used cream dory fish)

1/4 cup of finely chopped green onions

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black or white pepper

1 tsp chicken powder

1 tbsp sesame oil

3 tbsp cornstarch

1 egg

Cooking oil for frying


1. Prepare the Fish:

Start by cutting the white fish fillets into smaller chunks to make them easier to handle in the food processor.

2. Blend the Ingredients:

Place the carrots, fish chunks, and seasonings into your food processor. Transfer into a mixing bowl then add spring onions, cornstarch and egg. mix thoroughly.

3. Form the fish cakes and fry in medium-high heat until golden brown.
