Imitation Crab Sticks
1 can corn kernels
6 cups chicken or vegetable broth

Slurry ( 5 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 5 tbsp water)
2 eggs
Instructions:
Prep Work:
Thaw the imitation crab meat if using frozen. If the crab sticks are large, shred or chop them into bite-sized pieces.
In a large soup pot, boil the broth. Add the corn and imitation crab sticks.
Simmer for 5 mins, then thicken with the slurry. Slowly add the eggs while mixing to let it flower.
Serve and Garnish with green onions if you have.
