Who wouldn't be inspired if your makeup instructor looks like this? Hehe. He's Mr. Blair Patterson, Estee Lauder's Global Makeup Artist. Just reading his job title, I'm sure this man has a lot to share and teach and it's a dream to be mentored by him.
