Hi everyone! I'm sorry for the lack of updates lately. I've been busy with motherhood and with my freelance career lately :) But I'm trying my very best to keep you updated with what's going on with my life at least once a week. For the commenter of the month last October, I'm still gathering the info so please be patient with me haha.
Last 11.11.11, I did hair and makeup for a wedding at Manila Peninsula.
I arrived an hour lately and while waiting for the couple to check in at their room, I took a short tour at the hotel since it was my first time there. It was very very nice inside Manila Peninsula. The ambiance and the place is very cozy. All the staff were very friendly and good-looking too :D
While waiting for the bride to be ready, I took photos of what my usual workstation at the hotel looks like :D
The bride's gown is not the typical off-white/white gown. It was a nice greyish silver.
Their baby very fond of the lights on my makeup mirror.
Makeup and hair stuff
Here's the bride's before shot. I wasn't able to take the after shot on the same angle because we were pressed for time.
The ceremony was held at the Nuestra Senora Guadalupe. Once of the best churches in Manila for photoshoots. This church is just so photogenic :D
The bride provided hair extensions for me to put on. She wanted a waist length hair and it turned out so natural and elegant.
These are my after shots. KC preferred her makeup to be clean and simple. No eyeliners and just a hint of blush. I think the flawless, no-makeup look is perfect for her because it fits her personality too.
Thank you KC and Danielle! It was a pleasure to be part of your very special day. God Bless your family :)
