C2 Classic Cuisine

I've been wanting to try C2 Classic Cuisine ever since I saw their branch at the Atrium of SM Megamall full of people. But my family prefers Italian or Chinese dishes so I didn't get the chance. That's why I got excited when I got the invite to the Fanny Serrano event held at C2 Classic Cuisine at Missouri, Greenhills.

You'll easily notice their facade when you pass by the Missouri Street. I wasn't able to appreciate much the homey ambiance inside because it was crowded that day.

We were first served with this very interesting salad. Contains seaweeds, pomelo, mango, lettuce and vinaigrette (if my taste buds are right :D). Some people may not like it with the seaweeds but I like it. It's sour with a little bit of sweetness and the seaweeds made it a little bit salty.

Fish Fillet on top of Malunggay Rice with Pineapple bits as garnish. I've been a fan of Malunggay ever since I gave birth (for lactating benefits) hehe. I love that they made this healthy dish very tasty.

Most of the dish C2 Classic Cuisine serves are classic Filipino dishes with a modern twist. I'm definitely going back because I had a good first experience and I wasn't able to browse on their menu to check out the prices and the other dishes they offer.

Have you tried it? What can you recommend for me to try next?
