Skin Food Diet Lip Balm

I’ve always been conscious about my weight. My friends tell me “you’re not fat” or “it’s just right for you”. Alright I get it hehe…all I want now is to maintain it. But I’m not really good at dodging my cravings. That’s why I always choose foods with diet/fit/whole wheat/whole grain/teavigo/sugarfree on the packaging. Like these hehehehe.

And now you know why I immediately bought this product without researching first.

The Skin Food “Diet Lip Balm”

The smell and bitter taste is supposed to suppress your appetite according to the SA.

Wearing the lip balm alone.

My comments:

+ It’s not sticky.

+ It really helps moisturize my lips.

+ No color but gives a little golden shimmer effect.

- Its bitter taste lasts for hours. I know that's how it's supposed to work but I don't like it.

- It doesn’t really help suppress my appetite. hehehe.

- The smell is kinda unpleasant but goes away a few mins after application.

- It's expensive for a lip balm. I got this for P200 + if I remember correctly and it's 50% off that time.

Would I buy this again?

No….SkinFood offers different kinds of lip balms. I’ll probably choose the fruity ones =D I guess if I’d be really serious on dieting in the future…I shouldn’t rely on this kind of stuff. Food discipline is the key hehehe…

Ciao!

Funny on the diet balm, if it can help suppress hunger for real, I'm sure there's like a long line of ladies lining up!!!! :D

Wow I've never heard of a diet lip balm until now! I recently switched to coke zero too, I think it tastes comparable to regular coke and it makes me feel better about the sugar and calorie situation hahaha

The lipbalm is interesting. I dont believe in it though. If it works then great :) I do feel you on feeling fat. For example, i know im small but i always feel like my body could be better. My diet consist of skipping dinners but i eat a decent breakfast and full lunch.

Hi Pop Champagne...same here. But I know it's bad haha. I just don't feel satisfied without it (most of the time)...

Iambeautiful20...good for you. I can't skip meals. That's the prob with me. I get dizzy if I skip one even dinner. I just have to have something.

Bitter lip balm? hahaha. oh my. I have to agree with sis Nikki about the diet cokes. My chef told me it's better to drink the regular one than the diet ones. It has something to do about the alternative for sugar.

Hi, Neat post. There’s a problem with your web site in internet explorer, would check this… IE still is the market leader and a huge portion of people will miss your fantastic writing because of this problem.
